What are your delivery options?

1. Doorstep Courier Delivery is available at a flat rate of S$4.50 for Singapore orders below S$48. Complimentary domestic delivery for all orders with S$48 and above.

Our courier partner works from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and Public Holidays.

2. Same-day Express Delivery is available at a flat rate of S$30 for all Singapore orders. (excluding Mondays)

 

When will you dispatch my order?

We're working hard to get your order packed quickly.

Place your order before 11 a.m. for same-day shipping (excluding Mondays and Public Holidays). 

Orders placed after 11 p.m. will be shipped out the next day.

 

What countries does TheScentParlor.com ship to?

At The Scent Parlor, we currently offer shipping to these countries: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, HongKong and Australia. If you reside in one of these countries, you're in for a treat! For international orders, rates may vary.

Am I able to collect my order in your boutique?
Yes! Please select Store Pickup as your shipping option. For more details, please find how to collect in boutique.

What sort of packaging will my order be delivered in?
Your order will be shipped in a protective box. Your products will be carefully protected by multi-layer honeycomb papers and bubble wrap.

 

Can I add on a gift wrapping and gift card for my order? 

Sure! Just leave us a message before checking out. Our gift-wrapping service is complimentary.
