Founded in Amsterdam in 2008 by the Italian perfumer Alessandro Gualtieri, who is constantly on the lookout for unusual and innovative formulas, Nasomatto is an unordinary olfactory project quite, as the name suggests ("nasomatto" meaning " crazy nose" in Italian).

Refined and indecipherable scents, resulting from an original creative work. That’s how Alessandro Gualiteri describes his work: “I start making something, but at a certain point it starts making choices by itself. It is the process itself that interests and guides me. I like the feeling that I’m losing control and that I’m not the only one making the choice.”
