What impact you can create 

Boutique Ambassador

• Support daily retail operations as a Boutique Ambassador.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Handle cashiering duties and process various in-store payment transactions.
• Maintain and update in-store visual merchandising displays and floor-set arrangements.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
• Collaborate with the manager to address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Assist in inventory management, including regular stock-taking and replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the boutique.

Social Media Content Assistant

• Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms.
• Executing photography and video content.
• Respond promptly to direct messages and inquiries across all platforms to nurture customer relationships.
• Build engagement and strengthen brand loyalty through consistent, meaningful audience interactions.

 

Our Dream Candidate 

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with design software such as Canva and video editing software
• An outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong time management and organisational abilities

• An innovative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Able to work 2-3 days a week (include weekends and PHs)

• Boutique hours: 12pm - 8pm, Tues - Sun
